Compensation: Base Hourly/Salary + Uncapped Commissions & Performance Bonuses (Expected First-Year Total: $36,000 $60,000+)

We are seeking energetic, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representatives to act as the primary point of contact for our valued policyholders.

In this role, you will protect local families by managing existing accounts, answering coverage questions, and uncovering opportunities to round out client portfolios with additional lines of coverage (Auto, Home, Life, and Specialty products).



Salary Range: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Care: Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients regarding policy changes, billing inquiries, and renewal reviews.

Relationship Building: Conduct annual insurance check-ups to identify coverage gaps and ensure policyholder peace of mind.

Account Growth: Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to an existing book of business while qualifying inbound leads.

Claims Liaison: Assist clients through the initial steps of the claims process with empathy and clear communication.

Administrative Accuracy: Document all client interactions and update policy records precisely within the agency management system.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) License is highly preferred. (We are willing to train and sponsor the right unlicensed candidate).

Experience: 1+ years of customer service, retail sales, or call center experience required.


Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport quickly.


Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, and the ability to learn proprietary insurance software.


Language (Preferred): Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus across our Central Texas locations.
