Key Responsibilities

•  Manage, service, and grow an insurance book of business 
•  Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business development strategies 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners 
•  Recruit, develop, and lead agency staff as needed 
•  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements 
•  Oversee daily agency operations and performance metrics 
•  Drive agency growth through customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities 

Qualifications

•  Active Property & Casualty License (required) 
•  Life & Health License (preferred) 
•  Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or agency operations 
•  Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills 
•  Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset 
•  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals 
•  Ability to successfully complete background and credit requirements 
•  Financial readiness to support agency operations, including staffing and marketing investments 

Compensation
Compensation may include:

•  New business commissions 
•  Renewal commissions
