We are a large Allstate Insurance agency seeking an experienced leader to oversee sales performance, team development, and daily operations across two locations.
This is not a desk manager position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, coaching people to higher performance, solving problems, and driving results.
Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Team
Coach and develop insurance producers
Conduct weekly sales meetings
Review sales activity and performance metrics
Improve closing ratios and productivity
Manage Agency Operations
Oversee daily agency operations
Ensure processes and procedures are followed
Identify and implement operational improvements
Monitor customer service standards
Build and Develop People
Recruit and interview new team members
Assist with onboarding and training
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
Help employees achieve professional growth
