Responsibilities
The agency owner will create a team of sales professionals to help them drive new business sales.
Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance products to capitalize on the lucrative 300% monthly new business bonuses.
Cultivate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, calling leads and using referrals etc.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events.
Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts.
Makes sales as needed to drive revenue.
Engage in a robust sales with sales coaches and mentors to drive new business.
Develop and maintain marketing programs.
At least 2 years of sales experience
Be a goal oriented self starter with a sense of urgency to execute objectives
Ability to encourage and mentor employees
Proficient in organization
Ability to meet sales objectives as established
Professional communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to obtain insurance licenses- we will pay for training!
Comfortable pursuing leads from multiple sources
