Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Sell a full suite of insurance products including Life, Health, Commercial, Home and Auto.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present personalized insurance solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
  • Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Licensing: Active insurance license(s) for Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the State of Missouri or a willingness to obtain them
  • Sales: Proven sales performance with documented success in quota achievement
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Technology: Tech-savvy with CRM systems and insurance quoting tools
