Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and maintain a book of business through networking, referrals, and outreach
Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal, commercial, or life insurance products
Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving policy issues
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and agency production goals
Requirements:
Active California Department of Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one)
Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to explain complex coverage options in a clear and approachable manner
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with agency management Applied EPIC
