\nAs an Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
\n• Schedule appointments to assess clients' financial needs
\n• Provide expert life and health insurance recommendations
\n• Deliver excellent customer service to clients
\nCompensation:
\n• Commission and bonus-based position
\n• First-year agents typically earn $41,000 - $62,000 on average
\n• New agents can receive up to $12,000 in production-based incentives in the first year
\n• Up to $5,000 bonuses available in the first four months
\n• Experienced agents earn $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses
\nSupport for your career:
\n• Flexible work environment after completing training (4-12 weeks)
\n• Set your own hours and work onsite, in the field, or in a blended capacity
\n• Training provided by successful field leaders
\n• Pre-licensing training provided free of charge; state exam fees are the individual's responsibility
