Salary Range: $55000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients in our Dallas office to assess their coverage needs and identify potential gaps.

Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes that help individuals protect what matters most.

Maintain an organized lead pipeline and follow up consistently to provide helpful information.

Cross-sell additional policies to existing clients to ensure their households are fully protected.

Process incoming payments and handle routine policy changes accurately and with a friendly demeanor.

Coordinate with our underwriting partners to resolve account issues and ensure timely policy issuance.

Valid Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.

Valid Texas Life & Health insurance license.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role.

Strong computer literacy, specifically with agency management software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport with prospective clients.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Professionalism and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
