This structured development opportunity is designed to help experienced insurance professionals gain the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to prepare for future agency opportunities.
Working alongside an established agency leader, you'll receive hands-on training in the areas that drive long-term agency success while continuing to build your sales and leadership capabilities.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
- Manage the sales process from quoting and coverage presentations to overcoming objections and closing sales
- Focus on revenue growth while leveraging a dedicated service team for much of the onboarding and client servicing
- Consistently achieve monthly production goals and performance benchmarks
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on client needs, risk exposures, and long-term objectives
- Build strong client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term business growth
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and the leadership mindset needed for future agency ownership
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Previous insurance sales experience
- Strong interest in business development, leadership, and future agency opportunities
- Motivated by goals, personal growth, and professional achievement
- Comfortable prospecting, developing new opportunities, and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Coachable, growth-minded, and eager to learn through mentorship and hands-on experience
