Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage needs and identify potential gaps in their current protection.

Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes that provide real value to our customers.

Guide clients through the claims process by acting as their primary point of contact during difficult times.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service delivery.

Nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and thoughtful policy reviews.

Collaborate with the local agency team to improve our outreach and better serve our neighbors.

Active Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Strong comfort level with quoting software and Agency Management Systems.

Professional verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Familiarity with the local Duluth, Georgia community and its specific insurance needs.
