Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Develop customized insurance solutions that offer real peace of mind.

Manage your own pipeline of potential clients with integrity and organization.

Support existing policyholders with updates or questions as their lives evolve.

Participate in local community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District.

Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Strong track record in sales or client relationship management.

Clear and engaging communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Ability to solve problems creatively while keeping the customer's best interest at heart.

Proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn new systems.

Genuine enthusiasm for helping neighbors in the Harrisonburg community.
