Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with community members to discuss their insurance needs and coverage goals.

Analyze current market offerings to provide the most suitable policy recommendations for our neighbors.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders through consistent follow-ups and support.

Identify potential risks and offer solutions that bring peace of mind to families and businesses in our area.

Participate in local events to stay connected with the people and businesses that make Hermitage special.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy adjustments.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face client meetings and local networking.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

Clear and honest communication skills.

Residency in or near the Hermitage area to support our local community.
