We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients understand, select, and manage their insurance needs, offering expert guidance on a range of policies including auto, home, life, and health insurance. Your primary goal will be to provide tailored solutions that protect what matters most to individuals and families while building long-lasting client relationships.


This role combines sales, customer service, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is passionate about helping others achieve financial protection and peace of mind.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve production goals and expand the agencys book of business.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons tailored to client needs and budgets.

Close sales by guiding clients through the application, underwriting, and policy-binding process.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, and service requests.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, underwriting guidelines, and carrier products.

Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, state laws, and ethical standards.


Requirements
  • Current Missouri insurance license or a willingness to obtain one(Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software
  • SELF MOTIVATED with a drive to succeed
