Compensation:
We reward great performance by offering an aggressive pay structure.
Total compensation includes a base salary + uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives. If youre motivated by results and income growth, this structure gives you the opportunity to earn an exceptional income.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:
Connect with new prospects through outbound calls, referrals, and provided leads
Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
Recommend personalized insurance solutions
Prepare quotes and help clients select the right protection
Maintain an active pipeline and follow up with prospects
Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent:
Driven to succeed with a strong desire for career growth
Comfortable building relationships and speaking with new people and building relationships
Competitive mindset and motivated by increasing your income
Positive, coachable attitude
Organized and able to manage follow-ups
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
