Job Description:
Seeking a motivated and goal-driven Life Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will help clients find the right life insurance solutions to protect their families and future. You’ll build relationships, assess client needs, and present suitable policy options. This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses and unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients
Explain life insurance options and recommend suitable policies
Assist clients with applications and follow-up
Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
Sales experience a plus (not required)
Must be able to obtain a life insurance license
