Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers using warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Identify customer needs and match them with personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
• Break down coverage options in a simple, helpful way so clients can make confident decisions
• Close sales while building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and great service
• Work closely with a supportive team that celebrates wins and pushes each other to succeed
• Use our tools, systems, and training to stay organized and drive real results

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + commission (W-2 position)
• Base earnings of $36,000$50,000
• Paid training and full licensing support (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
