Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a qualified Insurance Agent to join their client's team in Fowler. This is a full-time, direct hire position that requires an individual with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license who is committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive insurance services to clients, including assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance policies.
- Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, first shift.
