We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team in a retail store environment. This role involves assisting walk-in customers while also generating and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, building relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in-store customers by assessing their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls to quote, follow up, and close insurance sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Explain policy details, coverage options, and pricing clearly and accurately
Process applications, policy changes, and renewals in a timely manner
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Stay up to date with insurance products, company offerings, and compliance requirements
*Active insurance license (Personal lines license preferred or must obtain in a short timeframe)
*Previous sales or customer service experience (retail and/or call center experience a plus)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and engaging customers in person
*Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
