Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required

Prior insurance sales experience required

Interested in long-term career growth and agency leadership opportunities

Comfortable with sales goals, accountability, and consistent prospecting

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Coachable and open to feedback, training, and mentorship
