Salary Range: $200000.00 - $230000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Prepare quotes, explain policy features, and help clients make informed decisions with confidence
Maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up, helpful service, and clear communication
Identify opportunities to round out accounts and support client retention over time
Manage policy documentation, updates, and day-to-day account service with accuracy
Work closely with internal team members to support client satisfaction and smooth policy handling
Stay informed on products, carrier guidelines, and industry changes so you can give reliable guidance
Active Property & Casualty insurance license, if required for the role
Prior experience in insurance sales, account management, or a customer-facing sales role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Comfort working with quotes, policy details, and client follow-up tasks
Proficiency with basic CRM systems and common office software
Knowledge of personal lines or commercial lines insurance, preferred
Experience meeting sales goals while maintaining a service-first approach, preferred
Local knowledge of the Roanoke, Virginia market, preferred
