QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to successfully complete the Property & Casualty Insurance licensing program
• Access to a personal desktop or laptop with reliable internet for the self-study portion of training
• Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to protect confidential customer information and follow compliance requirements
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and build a long-term career

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete paid training and successfully earn your Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
• Research and resolve customer questions and policy-related issues
• Recommend and upsell appropriate insurance products and services when appropriate
• Accurately document customer interactions and account activity
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
