Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.

Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must be willing to obtain General Lines: Property & Casualty License within a certain time frame.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain complex insurance concepts.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and expertise.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Integrity: Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
