RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to uncover opportunities
• Develop leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and proactively pursue new business
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals
• Meet or exceed monthly production targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable initiating sales conversations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
