ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial services options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Make presentations to potential customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
