About the Role:As our Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you’ll be the trusted advisor clients rely on to find the perfect insurance solutions. Using your deep knowledge of insurance products and market trends, you’ll build long-term relationships and help clients protect what matters most. You’ll also play a key role in shaping agency strategy and meeting ambitious sales goals.

- Prospect and generate leads to build your own client base

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
- Track record of smashing sales goals and quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients
- Property & Casualty license required
