ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member with Robert Ndegwa - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. - Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
- Comfortable working in a sales position based on commission.
