Position Summary:
The Bilingual Spanish Sales Producer partners with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized insurance solutions. This role is open to entry-level and licensed candidates who are customer-focused, thrive in a collaborative team, and are passionate about serving the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients in English and Spanish
- Provide tailored insurance quotes and solutions
- Educate clients about policy options and financial products
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and proactive communication
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
- Licensed agents (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) fast-tracked, but licensing at hire not required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to community and customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
