As Insurance and Financial Services Sales Representative for Carter Nicholson State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
• Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Must have or be willing to obtain required insurance licenses.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year including base salary, commissions and bonuses.
