Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
- Sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Understand customer needs and offer the appropriate products and services to meet them.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and State Farm offerings to best assist clients.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Strong work ethic and desire to meet sales goals.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license.
