RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
- Quoting and running appointments
- Monitor and track sales goals to success
- Conduct policyholder reviews
- Cross-sell and upsell to all customers
- Develop referral business
- 2+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance (Life & Health required)
- Be willing to obtain or have a P&C producer's license
- Work and train with a highly qualified leader and team
- Learn to become an Agent Aspirant and Agency owner
- Earn uncapped commissions
