ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Melvin Banks - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
Quoting and running appointments
Monitor and track sales goals to success
Conduct policyholder reviews
Cross-sell and upsell to all customers
Develop referral business
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Licenses in insurance (Life & Health required)
Be willing to obtain or have a P&C producer's license
