What You Need:
Valid Life & Property/Casualty licenses for NJ (we cover pre-licensing & exam fees after 60 days).
Reliable 9–5, Monday to Friday schedule.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Track record of crushing sales targets.
Self-driven, organized, and tech-savvy with CRM tools.
