ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
Consult with customers about comprehensive financial planning and insurance options
Assist customers with daily transactions and offer thoughtful professional recommendations
Ability to learn market trends and product offerings quickly
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance preferred
Ability to stay positive in a fast paced, high demand, multi-state agency
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be coachable and accountable to systems and processes
Must prefer a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and enjoy technology updates/changes
Self starter and the ability to self resource
Bi-Lingual in either Spanish, Tagalog or Vietnamese
