Role: Account Representative 
Brant Blessing State Farm


As an Account Representative at Brant Blessing State Farm, you’ll play an important role in our daily operations and help customers succeed. You’ll build strong relationships, learn how to identify customer needs, and work closely with our team to recommend the right insurance and financial solutions. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and help connect them with appropriate insurance and financial solutions
• Assist customers with coverage reviews and policy support using the guidance/training provided by the agency
• Support customers with planning conversations (insurance, retirement, and financial goals—training included)
• Stay current on agency products, services, and process updates
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
• Contribute to agency growth by identifying sales opportunities and maintaining a positive, customer-focused experience

Qualifications

• No insurance experience required—training and coaching will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Sales-minded and motivated to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow structured processes
• Must be willing to obtain any required state insurance licensing (if applicable) and complete onboarding training

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
