Insurance Benefits Account Manager

Salary: $50-$60K

What your day will look like:
 

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries related to health and welfare benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare and deliver reports for clients and senior leadership, ensuring clarity & accuracy
• Monitor account activity to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service and claims departments, to resolve client issues and improve the overall service experience
• Oversee accounts, monthly reports, adds/terms, Cobra.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Experience working client benefit accounts
• Strong experience with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Ability to provide excellent client support with strong written/verbal communication skills.
