Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who enjoys working directly with clients and playing a key role in managing their benefits programs. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in group benefits, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.
In this role, you’ll support a growing book of business by guiding clients through renewals, open enrollment, and day-to-day account needs. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for both employers and their employees, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare renewal packages, including plan comparisons and cost breakdowns
- Guide clients through open enrollment and assist with employee communication materials
- Respond to employee questions and provide support with claims and coverage issues
- Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management
- Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
