* Bachelor’s degree required

* Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage interpretation, and claims handling procedures
* Experience handling large, complex, and high-exposure liability claims
* Ability to evaluate claim information, assess liability, and determine appropriate reserves
* Experience identifying and pursuing subrogation opportunities
* Strong negotiation and settlement skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for claims management
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, claimants, and internal teams
