Experience: 3+ years of LTD/IDI Insurance Claims experience required
Requirements:
3+ years of Long-Term Disability (LTD) and/or Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) claims experience
Strong claims adjudication and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage claims independently
Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Review and manage LTD/IDI disability claims
Evaluate medical and occupational information
Communicate with claimants, attorneys, physicians, and other stakeholders
Document claim decisions and maintain claim files
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Must be available to work EST hours during training
No evening or weekend shifts
