Responsibilities
- Participate in training, role-playing, and coaching to learn insurance products and build your sales skills.
- Apply what you learn and work toward established sales goals.
- Learn to identify clients insurance needs, prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and agency leads.
- Follow up promptly and consistently on leads and quotes.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional coverage to new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up tasks.
- Track daily sales activity and results to measure progress toward your goals.
- Work with teammates to provide outstanding client care.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and willing to learn how to ask for the sale.

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Insurance experience is not required.
- Either currently licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, or willing and able to obtain the required licenses.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
