A small Insurance company located in beautiful Lebanon, Oregon is looking to hire an energetic professional to help their business grow through meaningful client interactions and excellent customer service. They are looking for someone who has their Property & Casualty license and wants to grow in their professional career. Responsibilities:
- Establishing and fostering customer relationships.
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer care, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes and claim submissions.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
- Property & Casualty License is required.
- Life and Health License is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
OTHER DETAILS:
- Hours: Full time Monday - Friday.
- Pay Rate: $20 to $25/hr DOE
