Insurance Coordinator

The Smile Lodge Ortho team is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals! We're a practice built on collaboration, excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient and family we serve, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.

This position will require travel between Clifton Park and Greenbush.

If you're detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you! This role may also include additional front desk duties as needed.

Compensation: $25-30 an hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time 
• 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Prior orthodontic experience (required)
• Prior insurance knowledge and experience with claim submissions (both Medicaid and Commercial)
• Ability to travel between our Clifton Park & East Greenbush locations as needed (required)
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient care
