What You'll Do
Analyze and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving:
Commercial General Liability (CGL)
Personal lines
D&O, E&O
First-party property claims
Draft coverage opinions and evaluate complex policy issues
Litigate coverage disputes in state and federal courts
Work with a diverse client base, including:
National insurance carriers
Specialty and non-admitted insurers
Collaborate closely with experienced partners on sophisticated matters
What Were Looking For
Some experience with insurance coverage analysis or litigation preferred
Litigation experience of any type is helpful
2–8 years of experience, though all levels considered
Active Georgia Bar license (required)
Strong legal writing and issue-spotting skills
Interest in developing deep subject-matter expertise
