Job Details

You'll primarily represent insurance carriers in coverage matters, including policy analysis, coverage opinions, and related litigation such as declaratory judgment actions. Specific subject-matter experience within commercial or transportation-related lines is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Analyze policy language and provide coverage opinions across a range of exposures
• Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions
• Communicate directly with insurer clients and manage matters independently
• Collaborate with a team of experienced coverage attorneys on complex matters
• Take ownership of research, drafting, and case strategy

What You'll Need

• Several years of insurance coverage experience
• Active bar admission in one or more states in the region
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a caseload independently
• Comfort working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team
