Ready to take your insurance litigation career to the next level with a firm that handles sophisticated, high-impact matters? Our client is actively seeking an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team.
This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys located anywhere in Pennsylvania, with a preference for candidates residing in Western Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do:
Handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters in both state and federal courts
Draft coverage opinions, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Represent insurers in first-party property and UM/UIM claims
Litigate Pennsylvania bad faith and coverage disputes
Work on a variety of business litigation matters
Conduct legal research, depositions, discovery, and court appearances
Build client relationships and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and business development
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)
Experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation
Knowledge of first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage opinions, and insurance agent/broker disputes
Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills
Federal and state court litigation experience preferred
