As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Generate new business by prospecting leads, cold calling, networking, and following up on referrals.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Prepare and deliver customized insurance quotes for auto, home, life, health, or commercial policies.
Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork to initiate coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage policy renewals and referrals.
Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance.
Process policy changes, claims, and renewals in coordination with underwriters and customer service staff.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Use CRM tools or agency software to track leads, manage pipelines, and document interactions with clients.
