Position Summary:

As an Account Manager Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our licensed Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your work ensures that policy changes are processed accurately, client requests are handled promptly, and our office runs efficiently. Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support a Licensed Account Manager by providing outstanding service to clients.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and assist clients with routine service requests.
  • Accept and process client premium payments.
  • Document all account activity.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Offer support for the Account Manager.

  • Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.
