We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic, ethical, hard working Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our valued policyholders, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and well-cared for. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.

Assist clients with policy changes, insurance questions, renewals, and billing inquiries.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the Agency Management System.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Stay updated on insurance products and company policies to provide informed support.

Cross-Selling and Selling.

Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Life Insurance License Preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.

Minimum 2 years of insurance experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using an Agency Management System. is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
