What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted, friendly resource for clients—answering questions, explaining coverage, and resolving issues with accuracy and care.
- Manage existing policies: billing inquiries, policy changes, documentation updates, and maintaining smooth day-to-day service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and offer advice that helps customers understand their insurance options and value.
- Build long-term relationships by providing consistent, professional, and personable support.
What We’re Looking For

- Clear, professional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Comfort using computers and basic office technology.
- Preferred: Active SC Property & Casualty License — or willingness to obtain one (we can help).
