Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Property and Casualty licenses preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance available
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with standard office software and computers.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
