We're seeking an organized and service-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients and sales team. This role focuses on assisting customers with policy questions, providing account support, and helping ensure clients receive a high level of service throughout their relationship with the agency. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Successful team members may advance to sales or office management roles as they continue developing their skills within the agency.

• $30,000-$50,000 base salary based on experience
