Responsibilities

  • Greet policyholders warmly and provide exceptional customer support in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their auto, home, and other property & casualty insurance policies.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Help policyholders understand their coverage and answer questions about billing and payments.
  • Initiate and follow through on claims processes, connecting clients with the appropriate resources.
  • Support licensed agents with administrative tasks and customer outreach.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
